Dr Eddie C. (Wally) Waldheim, Jr. was born in Orlando, Florida and raised in the Maitland area. He attended Trinity Prep School locally and then Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. After receiving a B.S. in Biology he went to the University of South Florida Medical College in Tampa, Florida to receive his M.D. degree and then completed his Family Practice residency at the Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee, Florida. He joined Dr Louttit in Maitland in 1985. He has maintained active Board Certification in Family Practice and added Board certification in Geriatrics. He has special interests in travel, tropical disease and missionary medicine and is routinely involved in medical mission projects. He and his wife, Debbie, are actively involved in the ministry of Aloma Baptist Church and he considers the Lord Jesus Christ his merciful savior and most significant driving influence in life. He has two grown daughters, Whitney and Katherine, and four grandchildren Jackson, Joshua, Evelyn and Emma whom he loves dearly.
